Estate Planning and Administration which includes preparation of basic documents from Wills to sophisticated estate plans which includes revocable, irrevocable, split interest and generation-skipping trusts and creation of family asset ownership entities, designed to preserve wealth among generations, provide asset protection and minimize state and federal estate taxes. W. Dallas Woodall devotes the majority of his time to Estate Administration and assists in Estate Planning. Michael W. Rosenberg is the principal draftsman of estate planning documents and prepares state and federal estate tax returns.

Real Estate and Construction Law which includes the purchase and sale of residential, commercial and industrial property, leasing, land contracts, residential and commercial development, condominiums, §1031 exchanges, formation of entities for real estate activities including private placement of securities for real estate investments, preparation and filing of mechanic's liens on public and private projects, the negotiation and preparation of notices of commencement, notices of furnishing, construction agreements and related documents, and construction litigation. Michael W. Rosenberg is involved in construction documentation and real estate matters. Mark E. Bumstead represent clients in construction litigation. An affiliate of the firm is South Park Title Agency, Inc., a real estate title company and insurance agency.

Workers Compensation which includes hearings before the Ohio Industrial Commission and appeals taken from decisions of hearing officers to the Court of Common Pleas or to the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Ohio. In this practice area the firm represents primarily employers. Hearing representation is principally provided by Mark E. Bumstead. Mr. Bumstead and Edward L. Lavelle represent the clients in all trials and appeals with assistance on pleadings, discovery and briefs furnished by Lynn B. Griffith, III.
